Ok, I had to devote a post to just this youtube video. A friend of mine came across it when we were doing some research for our presentation on GMOs. The video carries an important message while still maintaining a sense of humor. And in case you cannot guess, the video is a parody of Star Wars. Enjoy:

- I'm a mostly-vegan young adult. What that means is that I eat vegan at home. But if I'm out with friends and a dish has some dairy in it, I will go ahead and eat it. Hence the name convenient vegan. I grew up in a home with an amazing mother who could cook anything. Her vegan dishes were simply amazing and she taught me how to cook and follow recipes.

This is such a funny movie, and the quality is so well done. It just makes feel all warm and fuzzy inside, and makes me want to buy some organic veggies!
